Webdks could tank or dps with any of the 3 specs. Frost dk tanks had good aoe and snap threat, were great for dungeons. but most raid tank dks were blood. I remember blood being a decent dps but it had a rock solid rotation and wasnt fun for me compared to frost dfk who had all sorts of procs and priorities.
