WebJun 21, 2010 · Multimeters are like $10 and they're infinately useful. If it drops very slowly you have something draining your battery. Hook the multimeter up to the Jeep with it running on the same setting. It should read 13-14V. Use a small flathead screwdriver to manually turn the electrical ignition switch and see if it goes all the way to the crank position.
