Typically, signatures disappear from Outlook whenever one of three things occur: 1.) An old version of Excel gets updated and removes support for older versions of Outlook. 2.) WebAug 11, 2014 · If it's an Exchange mailbox you can use Group Policy to enforce a sig. Also there are third party programs that enforce a standard sig. Either that or as Michael said may it's a script. Try checking for a logon script and also run gpresult and see what policies are enforced. Also, have you tried logging in on another computer?
